I’ve started the process to run for a Vermont House (Chittenden-24) seat in the State Legislature. Please visit my campaign site: https://RogerDruryforVTHouse.org
A third-generation alum of the Essex School System, I graduated EJHS in 1986 and received my Bachelors in Agricultural Economics from the University of Vermont in 1991 . I married Sandi (Hughes) Drury of Canaan, VT in January 2007, and we have three sons: Riley (14), Tanner (12), & Jacob (10).

I retired from the Vermont Army National Guard in June 2021 as a Lieutenant Colonel, serving 36 years in various positions including, but not limited to: Mobilization Readiness Officer, Deputy Regimental Commander, and Battalion Commander. I deployed twice, the first in Afghanistan as an Embedded Trainer with the Afghan National Army, the second in Iraq as a MEDEVAC (Helicopter) Company Commander.

Our family resides in Essex, I work for Champlain Valley Weatherization in Colchester. My hobbies include beekeeping, maple sugaring, and hunting. My run for the legislature stems from a desire for continued service to the community.
